With the aim of highlighting the potentials of widowed women, stimulating opportunities to hone their skills and empower them to build and develop societies, and after the Federation conducted several training courses in six cities across Turkey in the areas of entrepreneurial empowerment and technical qualification for women for more than 473 women of different ages. With the support of the Sheikh Abdel Nouri Charitable Society, Team Al Khair, and Caravans for Relief and Development, in order to monitor the impact of the courses held for refugee women in Turkey, determine their material and moral needs, and compare training plans with the material aid provided to them.

In a proactive step, forms with specific questions were submitted to the participants. The research and studies team in the Union of Orphans Care put them in order to reach, by answering them, a set of indicators, conclusions and information, and based on their report the field research that he was able to provide in both Arabic and English.

One of the most important results of the report was that most of the respondents’ answers to the questionnaire were similar in the psychological and social status questions, and the indicators were good about their self-confidence and desire to be empowered, and that the pioneering rehabilitation courses were effective and useful for them, and relief aid is not a priority for their needs. According to the views of the beneficiaries, the Research and Studies Department of the Union concluded that the priority of education and training programs is given over psychological and social support programs that have decreased demand for them to some extent, in addition to moving away from trying to provide services in general, but the allocation of programs and projects to target groups because they are more useful.
