In light of the increasing problems and difficulties that humanitarian institutions are experiencing in the matter of transferring funds and delivering them to the affected areas, and after providing aid to those affected has become more difficult and more expensive due to political and logistical changes.
In particular, the increase in restrictions on the banking sector affecting the provision of financial support for humanitarian projects, the Global Humanitarian Forum (THF) has partnered with the Orphans Care Consortium (OCF), the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and the Overseas Development Institute (ODI). Two workshops were held in Istanbul and Gaziantep.
