Program Preparation and Qualification of the Supervisor and Field Worker June 2019

The Orphans Care Federation held the training program “Preparation and Qualification of the Supervisor and Field Worker with Orphans” as part of the “Guide to Knowledge for Working with Orphans” series, where more than 20 workers in humanitarian organizations benefited from it.

The program was launched in Gaziantep / Turkey, after carrying out a series of studies and preparation for it, and it lasted for 6 continuous days, 25-30 June 2019, and where the program aimed to empower field workers with the skills and knowledge necessary to work with orphans and widows in addition to mastering their role in how to deal Correct according to international standards.

The program was organized and invited by the Union of Orphans Care - Britain and the Voluntary Charity Team - Kuwait. The program was held at the Center of the Foundation Foundation for Relief and Development, and with the training of the international consultant Youssef Saadeh, an expert in community development programs.

During a survey of the views of the participants in the program, everyone praised the importance of the program and the amount of information it provided to them on the personal and institutional levels.

At the end of the program, the people in charge of the program say: This is what we have put in your hands and we have tried to contribute with you to open new horizons for working in the field of orphan care, and now you are the ambassadors of this program to offer what you have benefited in serving the orphan and widow.
