After the Orphan Care Union launched a set of its model projects, including the “charity project in organizational work,”
which aims to raise the efficiency and capabilities of humanitarian organizations to sustain charitable work, and after a specialized team in the union studied the basic requirements and needs of humanitarian organizations working with orphans, it was announced The training course  Creativity and Excellence in Humanitarian Charitable Organizations Working with Orphans” for trainer Dr. Rebwar Muhammad Amin started in the State of Iraq / Erbil, at the end of March 2018, from 24 to 31 March, and was hosted by the De Siti Hawkari Association - The Hand of Cooperation.

The training program was presented in two separate courses, the first from March 24 to 27, presented in the Kurdish language, and the second from March 28 to 31, delivered in Arabic, with 20 hours of training for each course, with the attendance of fifty participants for both courses. The program included many Group workshops in which the participants presented creative ideas in providing quality projects to serve orphans and widows. The participants showed their interaction and passion for the topic of the course and its necessity for humanitarian organizations.
