Volunteer work and involvement in it is a symbol of the progress and prosperity of nations. The more advanced it is, the more its citizens become involved in charitable volunteer work. And the belief of the Union of Orphans Care that volunteer work is a requirement of contemporary life that brought development and rapid development in all fields. They exist solely to promote and support more effective volunteering by all people and provide opportunities for volunteer leaders to work together at the global and regional levels. It encourages communication and sharing of "best practices" around the world.
