Orphans Care Federation signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with TAQAT Company for Trading and Business Solutions, reinforcing both parties’ commitment to institutional cooperation across humanitarian action and sustainable development, with direct benefits to improving the orphan care sector and enhancing the efficiency of related programs and services.
The MoU establishes a cooperation framework to explore future partnership opportunities, exchange expertise and information, and develop joint initiatives with practical impact. Implementation will be advanced through subsequent agreements or protocols, depending on the nature of each project.
Key cooperation areas include knowledge and information exchange to strengthen evidence-based decision-making, joint applied studies and research in governance, humanitarian analysis, institutional development and sustainability, specialized trainings and workshops, and the development of technology solutions such as digital systems, dashboards, and data management and analytics platforms. The MoU also covers joint knowledge events and the exploration of future projects in community empowerment, sustainable development, capacity building, and local and international partnerships.
Both parties reaffirmed their adherence to quality, ethics, transparency, and humanitarian principles, including non-association of activities with military or political objectives, while safeguarding confidentiality and intellectual property rights as stipulated in the MoU.
This step aligns with the Federation’s efforts to build high-impact strategic partnerships that advance applied knowledge, digital transformation, and capacity development—strengthening service quality and maximizing sustainable humanitarian impact in orphan care.
