Orphans Care Federation held a working meeting in Qatar, bringing together the Secretary-General Sheikh Salah Ahmad Al-Jarallah and Executive Director Eng. Ihsan Arslan with Eng. Abdulaziz Jassim Hajji, Director of Development Operations, and Mr. Bilal Shubair, Head of the Child and Family Care Section at Qatar Charity.
The meeting discussed cooperation prospects in orphan care projects and explored ways to enhance the quality of services provided to orphans, strengthening institutional coordination and program impact for beneficiaries.
