Orphan Care Association Received International ISO 9001:2015 Certificate

The Orphans Care Federation obtained the ISO 9001:2015 international quality certificate from QCS Management Company in the application of administrative quality standards. It is worth mentioning that ISO is the International Organization for Standardization based in Geneva and includes in its membership more than 90 national standardization bodies.

In an interview with Fadi Iskandarani, Executive Director of the Federation, he stressed that it is important to obtain the certificate, as it is a means to achieve total quality, which is the language of the times and the key to success, represented by the new slogan recently adopted by the Federation, "A Fixed Vision, Ambition - Renewed".

The quality certificate represents the fruit of a distinguished effort and work through which we aspire to improve the level of service quality, expand, modernize and activate its mechanisms, because the Federation is an umbrella institution, and obtaining the certificate does not mean perfection to us.
