The Global Humanitarian Forum (THF) is pleased to invite humanitarian organizations to attend the Global Humanitarian Forum (WHAF) to be held on 28 November 2017, from 8am to 6pm at the Queen Elizabeth II Convention Centre, London, UK.
The objective of the forum is to enhance cooperation between humanitarian actors and share effective humanitarian responses on common issues affecting the sector. This will be achieved by initiating a biennial Global Humanitarian Action Forum that brings together organizations from around the world to agree on joint initiatives and campaigns.
The first biennial round tables of the Global Humanitarian Forum will address the following topics:
- Removal of risks and financial access : the impact on the work of NGOs.
- Local Action Program : sustainable investment and core capacity.
- Conflicts and crises : forced migration, coordinated response and protection.
