At the kind invitation of His Excellency the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait in France, Mr. Sami Muhammad Al-Sulaiman, and in the presence of His Excellency the Deputy Kuwaiti Ambassador, Mr. Talal Abdul Aziz Al-Ghanim, the Secretary-General of the Union for Orphans Care visited the headquarters of the Kuwaiti Embassy in France on April 5, 2017.
